Payments are managed by Paddle
All HelloGenz subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limitedas our authorised Merchant of Record. Your payment, invoice, and billing are handled by Paddle. Refund requests are processed through Paddle's systems. You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. This applies to both the Verified Yearly plan and the Verified 3-Year plan.
For auto-renewing subscriptions, each renewal charge is also eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel the auto-renewing Yearly plan at any time before the next renewal date:
- •Via the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt email
- •By contacting Paddle support at paddle.com/support
- •By emailing us at support@hellogenz.online
Cancellation stops future billing. Your Verified badge remains active until the end of the current paid period. The 3-Year plan is non-recurring and does not require cancellation.
How to Request a Refund

- 2Include your account email, the plan you purchased, and the date of purchase
- 3We will process your refund via Paddle within 2 business days of your request
- 4Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
